The other film I’ve been obsessively watching the development of is Blade Runner 2049, the next installment directed by Denis Villeneuve. In an exciting find, a filing for the first trailer rating has been filed with Consumer Protection BC.
Looking at the Link, it was filed/approved on December 14, with a time of 1m 38s and approved for all audiences. It is expected to be available early next week, where I will be wetting my pants in anticipation, but ready for disappointment because it will be hard to deliver on this film. A likely film to attach this to would be Passengers which releases next week.
Blade Runner 2049 is slated for release on October 6, 2017 and will star an ensemble cast including Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, Sylvia Hoeks, Ana de Armas, Carla Juri, David Dastmalchian, Barkhad Abdi, Lennie James and Jared Leto. The film is co-produced by Ridley Scott.
